Stonegate is some nine miles South East of Tunbridge Wells in the heart of the Sussex High Weald.

By road we are about 40 minutes (down the A21) from Junction 5 of the M25, so from Central London it takes about 1½ hours.

Stonegate station is five minutes from the cottage by road or a wonderful 20 minute walk across the fields. A train runs every hour into Waterloo, Charing Cross or Cannon Street and the journey takes about an hour (there are many more trains during peak times).

From mainland Europe we are about 1½ hours from the Channel Tunnel / Eurostar terminal at Folkestone making Calais in France jusy two hours away.
